Danny Cage is a speaker and youth organizer advocating for racial justice, education reform, and LGBTQ+ rights. Starting his activism at an early age by attending protests and rallies, his goal is to build political engagement within the Portland metropolitan area and across Oregon. He also served as the student representative to the PPS board of education policy committee and is on the facilities and operations committee. While serving on the policy committee for Portland Public School he helped work on the CCRP (climate crisis response policy) which is the district’s aggressive climate policy.
