Biography

Chesley is a mother, wife, attorney and former educator who is seeking a seat on the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. She served as the head of the Homicide/ Non-fatal Shooting unit and the Juvenile Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. She was the lead attorney in the re-sentencing of more than 300 Philadelphians who were serving life without parole for crimes they committed when they were juveniles. Chesley will bring experience, compassion and fairness to the bench.
