David will be one of three LGBTQ Upper Darby School Board Members
David Neill is a well respected educator and community advocate in Upper Darby and is running for Upper Darby School Board of Directors. He has provided much needed guidance to at-risk populations in Philadelphia, Upper Darby, and Delaware County as a public school Special Education Teacher and Adjunct GED Instructor at Delaware County Community College. David is a proud Union member and continues to advocate for workers rights across ALL industries. He also volunteers and fosters rescue dogs with One Love Animal Rescue based in New Jersey. When he is not educating the future leaders of tomorrow, or advocating for equal rights, or training rescued dogs to become accustomed to “home-life,” he is found engaging with his community members on the important issues that impact their daily lives. The three issues that David is currently spearheading is 100% Fair Funding from the state of Pennsylvania, Universal Pre-K from 3 to 5 years of age, and Access to adequate facilities and technology for ALL students. David believes your zip code should not determine your level of access to education.
