Liz will continue to advocate for LGBTQ New Mexicans in the State Senate
Liz truly appreciates your help in getting her elected to the New Mexico State Senate in 2016. She now needs your assistance to ensure that her 2020 campaign moves forward and is viable. Many thanks for supporting her in this endeavor and in the past.
During the legislative session, she serves on the Senate’s Committee on Committees, as a member of the Senate Conservation Committee, a member of the Senate Public Affairs Committee, and as a committee chair. During the interim (June through December), She serves as Chair or Vice Chair of Land Grants; a voting member of Investments and Pensions; and sits on Revenue Stabilization, Economic and Rural Development, Health and Human Services, and Disabilities Concerns Committees.
She continues to advance the solutions to poverty in the state, health care for all, economic development in the rural areas, access to water and needed infrastructure, and human and civil rights for all.
