He studied his primary degrees at the Roman Baldorioty de Castro y Juanillos Fuentes Elementary School and his secondary degrees at the Rafael Martínez Nadal Middle School and the Margarita Janer High School, all located in the Municipality of Guaynabo.

He studies his Bachelor’s in Secondary Education in History and his Master’s in Educational Management and Leadership at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico Metropolitan Campus.

In the political and electoral sphere, he has held different positions such as Youth Representative of the Canta Gallo Sector in Guaynabo 2002-2006, President of the Youth of Guaynabo from 2010-2014, Delegate for Youth Accumulation of Guaynabo 2014-2018 and Regional Director of Youth of Bayamón 2014-2018, College Official in the General Elections of 2008,2012 and 2016.

He has worked in the Senate of Puerto Rico, House of Representatives, Municipality of Guaynabo and currently in the Department of Education as a Special Education Teacher at the Abraham Lincoln School in San Juan.
