Biography
PJ Errera is a lifelong member of the Kent community, a proud graduate of Kent City Schools and Kent State University, and currently works in the IT industry. With a strong background in communication and advocacy, PJ has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, championing rural policy initiatives in education, infrastructure, and healthcare.
For the past two years, PJ has served as Chair of the Rural Caucus of the Young Democrats of America, leading national efforts to strengthen Democratic outreach in rural communities. His activism has focused on addressing the real needs of rural families, including expanding broadband access, protecting healthcare, and improving essential infrastructure.
PJ is running for the Kent City Schools Board of Education to ensure students, teachers, and families receive equitable support and opportunities in a safe, thriving educational environment.
PJ is committed to transparency, advocating for strong public schools, and preserving academic excellence. Above all, he believes that effective communication between the district and the community is key — and will work tirelessly, especially at the state level, to be a strong, accessible voice for the district and its future.
