West Virginia House of Delegates, District 66

Storme will be the first openly LGBTQ woman elected in her county!

Storme was born and raised in Jefferson County. She had her son, Zander (15), in January of her senior year, yet still earned the esteemed Promise Scholarship. She was elected as the senior class secretary and continues in that role for the Alumni Association. She is proud to be a JHS PopSinger Alumni!
Storme fostered and later adopted her daughter, Caydence, and son, Chase, who were 2 and 1, respectively. She was 22 years old, single with 3 children, and secured a teaching contract for Jefferson County Schools in August 2010.
During her tenure at Jefferson County Schools, Storme was active in getting the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) union chartered in Jefferson County, served as the president, and is now the recording secretary. She has served on numerous committees and organizations in her community.
When she is not teaching, selling houses (realtor), or helping with the small photography business they own, Storme is very active in her community, volunteering in 4-H, Kiwanis, Relay for Life Leadership Team, and various community activities. Storme was married in 2015 and lives with her wife, Ebone, three children, and dog, Sirius Black.
She is prepared to tackle the job of representing the great people of Jefferson County, her fellow neighbors, by being YOUR voice in OUR house! She does not stop, which will make her a perfect candidate for the House of Delegates.
