Josh will be the first out executive in Guam


Josh Tenorio is running for Lt. Governor of Guam. Together with his running mate for Governor Lou Leon Guerrero, Josh wants to help build a Guam that is Fair, Compassionate, Safe, and Prosperous. He is focused on combating drug addiction to crystal methamphetamine, expanding access to affordable healthcare, reducing public debt, and improving economic and educational opportunities for Guam’s people.

He has extensive experience in leadership positions across all three branches of government and most recently served as Administrator of the Courts for the Judiciary of Guam. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management at the National Center for State Courts and was at the forefront of juvenile justice and pretrial reform efforts in Guam and nationally.

Josh is an active volunteer and training director for the Guam-CNMI Committee for the Employer’s Support of the Guard and Reserve and has spent much of his professional career advancing historic and cultural preservation efforts. Josh was Guam Caucus Campaign Director for Obama for America 2008 and is a former Executive Director of the Democratic Party of Guam.
