Robb Koons

Marion County Clerk of Courts

Robb will be the first openly LGBTQ person to hold a county office in Marion County

I am born and raised in Marion and a graduate of River Valley High School. I also hold a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management concentration.
Professionally, I have worked more than a decade in banking, starting as a teller with my most recent position as a Community Office Assistant Manager. Responsibilities of my current role includes: operations within the branch, interviewing & hiring staff, training, coaching, and promoting staff.
I love volunteering and have spent countless hours within the community with many organizations including the American Red Cross, the Marion County Historical Society, the Marion Popcorn Festival, and Relay for Life to name a few.
I have been married for six years and have four spoiled “fur-kids.” I have two sisters and a brother, along with two nephews and a niece. In my free time, I love to watch my favorite TV shows, watch horror movies, play video games and cook new things. I also love to travel to Las Vegas to see shows and try new restaurants.
