Amelia McMillan

After spending nearly a decade with a national retail chain, Amelia spent eight years with a local restaurant group as Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director. Raised in York County, Amelia attended Red Lion Area School District and has two children who are proud Central panthers at Roundtown Elementary. Through a variety of struggles, Amelia gained unique perspectives in school safety, mental health, and a vast respect for public education’s role in childhood development. Now acting as a small and mid-size business consultant, Amelia is focusing on heading a Mid-Atlantic chapter of the mental health outreach non-profit, Punk Rock Saves Lives. Amelia brings rare experience to the pressures involved in managing budgets around human interests. Amelia wants to ensure the public education that saved her life is guaranteed for all children.
