Biography

City Councilor Pat Davis represents District 6 on the Albuquerque City Council. As a former police officer and progressive advocacy leader, Pat passed legislation protecting the city’s immigrant population, expanding civilian police oversight, transitioning city buildings to solar to combat climate change, providing paid family leave for city employees, and prioritizing criminal justice reform. As one of New Mexico’s few openly-gay elected voices, Pat has been a champion for underrepresented communities.
