Richard Rosen

Richard Rosen is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in managing complex organizations. Currently, the Vice President for Business Operations for a large NYC based health care organization coordinating health care services to over 15,000 patients every day. Previously he was the CFO for a health care organization that managed a comprehensive array of home care, day care and medical services along with 12 community-based health care centers in the NYC/Westchester region. His expertise is in developing effective workflow processes, establishing measurable targets, operating metrics, financial reporting, internal controls, implementing computer systems to support efficient operations and fostering transparency for information sharing. Richard’s financial background and expertise would add a dimension to the School Board that does not currently exist.
