Paul will continue to be an important voice for equality on the Medford School Committee!
Biography
Paul Ruseau is a father, husband, software engineer, and three-term School Committee member working to lift up our most vulnerable students and families by tearing down the many barriers preventing full access to free public education.
Paul is the Medford School Committee representative to the Shore Educational Collaborative’s board of directors and has served as the chair of the board since January 2020.
After growing up in rural New Hampshire where he received his undergraduate degree in computer science, he moved to the Boston area. Since moving to Boston in 1995 he has earned a graduate degree from Bentley University in Human Factors in Information Design, met and married his husband Robert, moved to his forever community of Medford, and adopted two wonderful children.
Paul is proud of his work for our students living without the resources and experiences most policymakers do not understand. Paul grew up in deep poverty himself and he brings these experiences to the work of building our future generations every single day.
