Ryan will continue to bring a strong voice for equality to the Randolph Town Council!
Ryan was born and raised in Randolph, Massachusetts. He started as a volunteer for church and his local food pantry, moving on to work for the Town as Solid Waste & Recycling Coordinator for the Health Department.
After serving in the Health Department, Ryan felt a call to serve in a larger capacity and ran for Councilor At-Large. After only losing by 12 votes his first election, Ryan went on to win a seat in 2017 and became the youngest elected and serving Councilor in Randolph. Ryan was re-elected as the second highest vote getter in 2019 and subsequently elected Vice President of the Council, the youngest to hold that position.
Ryan remains deeply involved within the Randolph community and is proud to represent one of the most diverse cities in the Commonwealth. Ryan was the first Councilor to walk in the Boston Pride Parade as well as raise the gay pride and transgender flags at Randolph Town Hall.
