Biography

Sabrina Cervantes is a working mother of triplets who currently represents California’s 58th Assembly District. Since being elected to the State Assembly in 2016, she has authored 39 bills that have been signed into law, including important legislation to help local veterans, seniors, small businesses, and schools.

Sabrina also serves as Chair of the California Latino Legislative Caucus, and she previously served as Chair of the Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economic Development, and the Economy. Prior to her election to the State Legislature, Sabrina worked in the private sector, state government, and for a statewide nonprofit organization. She is a lifelong Riverside County resident who earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in public policy from the University of California, Riverside, and completed an executive education program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Sabrina and her wife, Courtney, are the proud parents of three-year-old triplets.
