Paul Sanchez

I am a Utah native, a proud homeowner in South Salt Lake, a West High School and University of Utah Alumni, and a dog dad of two. I love my community and am excited for the opportunity to serve and help grow our community. I am running for office because I believe that we can do more to ensure public safety, South Salt Lake has been ranked the most dangerous city in Utah and there is much more we can do to ensure that we are safe in our homes and communities. I believe in addition to supporting our police department we need more community involvement and take pride in the city we call home. I believe that home ownership is key to a healthy, safe, thriving city and as a city we need to encourage and promote low-income home ownership in any decisions that expands our community. I believe that the city needs to expand programs and services that include indoor facilities that will help support healthy, happy living. South Salt Lake is the most diverse city in Utah and I hope to celebrate our differences.
