Dan has been in the nonprofit sector for the past 15 years. His varied positions have included annual giving, events planning, grants writing, volunteer supervision, government relations, and database management. He earned a graduate degree in Nonprofit Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2010. A native and lifelong resident of Baltimore until 2017, Dan is a fan of the Orioles and loves Old Bay and Berger Cookies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Village Learning Place, an independent library providing after school and summer educational programs for children in the Charles Village neighborhood of Baltimore. Always passionate about politics, Dan is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the Victory Fund & Institute during a pivotal time in the United States.
