As a Political Manager with Victory, Eliza manages the endorsement process for candidates in the Western half of the country and supports all our candidates in running successful campaigns. With roots in field organizing, Eliza strongly believes in grassroots people power. Before joining LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, Eliza got her political start as a field organizer in northern Colorado, helping to elect the country’s first openly gay governor, Jared Polis. She later moved to rural Iowa as a field organizer for Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign. Eliza is proud to have spearheaded the statewide LGBTQ+ organizing initiative in Arizona for the 2020 Coordinated Campaign, where she was a field organizer in Phoenix. Most recently, Eliza went from field director to campaign manager for Virginia Del. Irene Shin, the first Korean American woman elected to the Virginia House of Delegates.
