Shelby Kestler Kearney

Shelby Kestler Kearney is LGBTQ+ Victory Fund’s Victory Campaign Board Senior Manager. Shelby has five campaign cycles of experience working with progressive campaigns and organizations. Prior to Victory, she was the Campaign & Candidate Fundraiser at the Human Rights Campaign where she worked to raise funds for HRC’s endorsed candidates from its over 1.2 million members.  Shelby has also served as the Campaign Manager for Sheriff Stacey Kincaid of Fairfax County, Virginia, and the Finance Director for Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD-8).  She is a graduate of the Catholic University of America where she served as only the third female President of CUA’s College Democrats and planned the University’s first LGBTQ+ awareness event since the school’s inception. Shelby is a native of Baltimore, Maryland.
