Adam Bair

Adam Bair is a community advocate, leader, and longtime resident of Sioux Falls who believes in the power of hard work and persistence. Growing up as the oldest of six children, he learned the value of “pitching in” early on. These formative years instilled in him a belief that effort and grit are the foundations of a strong community. Adam arrived in Sioux Falls fifteen years ago with plans to move on to a larger city, but he quickly discovered the area’s unique spirit and decided to make it his permanent home. In his professional career, holding multiple supervisory roles in retail and other customer-facing positions, has been defined by a commitment to people. He has spent years mastering the art of listening, problem-solving, learning how to advocate for others, and finding the common ground necessary to get things done. Adam lives in Sioux Falls with his husband, their two dogs, and their two cats. The plan on starting a family soon and know that Sioux Falls is the best place. He is dedicated to ensuring that Sioux Falls remains a place of opportunity, where the values of service and community are available to everyone.
