Biography
Gena Ozols is a lifelong Coloradan, a long-time advocate, a warrior for civil rights and a small business owner running to represent the diverse communities of Englewood, Sheridan, Denver, and Cherry Hills Village. She has spent her career fighting for workers and women, including leading the fights for Colorado Paid FAMLI leave, pregnancy accommodations, comprehensive sex ed, and establishing the gold standard of birth control access with LARC for Colorado. Gena believes we are strongest together. She will work to raise the discourse and bring the work of the state government outside of the insider fighting and back to the people we are representing.
