Biography
Jackie Goldman (they/them) is a public health researcher, community organizer, and is running to represent Providence’s Fifth Ward in the City Council. Jackie has spent years doing mutual aid work to make sure that their neighbors have food, clothing and emergency housing .They have also used their 4 voice to fight against tax increases and tax breaks for luxury developers. As a City Councilperson, if elected, Jackie will use their position to give members of their community a voice and that every resident of Providence has access to affordable high quality housing, education and basic infrastructure.
