Ryan Hampton

I’m a small business owner, nonprofit founder, and mental health recovery advocate. My journey is deeply personal: I am a person in long-term recovery, and that experience has shaped my commitment to public service.

My advocacy began with my own struggle and led me to found Mobilize Recovery, which has become America’s largest advocacy nonprofit for people in recovery. Through this work, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals—Democrats, Republicans, and Independents—to find commonsense, bipartisan solutions to our nation’s addiction and mental health crisis. I’ve brought my voice to the halls of power, working directly with state legislatures and Congress to pass meaningful legislation that saves lives.

I am running for this office because I believe that for too long, toxic partisan politics has paralyzed our system of government. My life’s work has been about bridging divides and getting things done. I am committed to fighting for everyday Nevadans, ensuring they have access to affordable housing, good jobs, quality education, and the healthcare they need. My experience has shown me that those closest to our
state’s most challenging problems are also closest to the solutions.
