Biography
Holly is a long-time Naperville resident, advocate, lawyer, and the proud Mom of four current Naperville 203 students. The daughter of a union teacher, Holly understands the dedication of educators extends beyond the school day and the classroom.
Holly is an experienced attorney and public servant currently serving victims of violent crimes. In this role, Holly oversees programs that support some of Illinois’ most vulnerable communities. Previously in appellate practice, Holly argued in the Illinois Supreme Court and prepared cases in Illinois Appellate Courts.
Holly has extensive policy experience as an advocate, legislative staffer, and administrator. Holly co- founded the Naperville-area Moms Demand Action group, championing policies to keep our schools and communities safe.
Holly also worked as a District Liaison in the Illinois Senate, helping translate constituent concerns into legislation. Now an administrator, Holly brings legislation to life, implementing the programs envisioned by the legislature.
