Jasmine Preston was born at Columbia Hospital and raised in Columbia, PA and Elizabethtown, PA, where her family has deep roots in the community. With a professional background in safety management and human resources, Jasmine brings strong leadership, practical problem-solving, and a people-first mindset to everything she does. She has served on numerous local boards, including as chair of the Zoning Hearing Board, where she gained firsthand experience in making fair, balanced decisions that shape the future of Columbia. Known for her transparency, trustworthiness, and deep loyalty to her community, Jasmine has always worked to uplift her hometown.

She is a strong supporter of the arts and small businesses and believes Columbia deserves better: better leadership, better communication, and better results for every resident. Now, she’s running for mayor to bring that same energy and accountability to Columbia residents – fighting for affordable housing, safer streets, and smarter spending.
