Biography
Evelyn Kocher is a lifelong Beavertonian running for Position 1 of Beaverton City Council. She has spent her entire professional career in policy spaces, running the landmark Portland City Council campaign of Angelita Morillo, working in landmark queer rights legislation such as HB 2002 (2023) and IP 33 (Equal Rights for All), and aiding the local Latine community at Latino Network. She believes that Beaverton should be an amazing place to live, work, and play, and that the city should do all it can to protect the most vulnerable among us.
