Biography
Chris Massicotte is a community leader, former political consultant, and President of Keys Last Stand, running for Key West City Commissioner in District 5. After a decade in Washington, DC helping elect pro-equality candidates nationwide, Chris moved to Key West in 2017 and quickly became an advocate for smarter growth, environmental protection, and restoring trust in local government.
Chris previously served as National Co-Chair of the Victory Campaign Board from 2018 to 2020, helping guide strategy and support for LGBTQ candidates across the country. He also served on multiple national nonprofit boards and brings deep experience in finance, public policy, and grassroots organizing.
In Key West, Chris has been a vocal champion for water quality, workforce housing, and transparent governance. He lives in District 5 with his husband, Eric, and their dog, Harper, and is committed to ensuring that local government reflects the community’s values of inclusion and One Human Family.
