Matt Rinker

Matt Rinker is a community leader, housing professional, and Democratic candidate for Georgia House District 62 committed to building a more inclusive and equitable Georgia. A longtime metro Atlanta resident, Matt serves as President of the Peoplestown Neighborhood Association, where he has worked with neighbors to improve public safety, expand affordable housing, strengthen transit access, and support seniors aging in place. His professional background in housing and real estate gives him firsthand insight into the challenges facing working families and renters. After running a grassroots campaign for Atlanta City Council in 2025 and earning over 20,000 votes, Matt is now focused on protecting voting rights, supporting public education, defending LGBTQ+ equality, expanding access to healthcare, and strengthening democracy at the State Capitol. He is proud to stand with the Victory Fund in advancing equality and representation.
