Biography
Born and raised in Bell County, Louie Minor has served our community in law enforcement, an infantry officer in the US Army and incident management officer in the US Department of Homeland Security. Commissioner Minor was elected to the Bell County Commissioners Court in 2022. At the county courthouse, Louie has developed a strong record of fighting for Bell County families and delivering for our community. He is a Killeen resident and proud father and grandfather.
