He holds an MBA from UC Irvine and brings a strong background in finance and strategic leadership to public service. Neil believes fiscal stewardship is a foundation of economic and social equity. Responsible budgeting ensures public resources are invested in strong public schools, essential services, worker protections, and closing opportunity gaps that hold families back. As City Treasurer, he works to safeguard public funds and advance policies that promote fairness, expand access to opportunity, and build a more inclusive economy for all.
