Reed Krewson

Reed is a proud Kansan, public servant, and young leader. He was born and raised in Overland Park and has chosen to make OP his forever home. Reed attended Kansas public schools and has degree in political science and Spanish from Kansas State University and a Masters in Public Administration from 3 the University of Kansas.

Reed has dedicated his life to public service. He works for Overland Park Parks and Recreation, helping make OP a place where people want to live, work, and play. He also serves as President of the Kansas Young Democrats, organizing the next generation of Kansans who are ready to lead.

If elected, Reed will be the youngest House Democrat in Topeka. Kansas needs legislators who will live with the consequences of today’s decisions. Reed isn’t new to this work: he’s been on campaigns for local, state, and federal candidates since he was 16, and the first thing he did when he turned 18 was file to be a precinct committeeperson. He knows how to organize, how to listen, and how to win.
