Tara Beasley Stansberry

Tara Beasley-Stansberry is a Vallejo resident, small-business owner, public servant, and community leader with a proven record of service rooted in action, accountability, and compassion. In 2023, she was honored as Woman of the Year by Congressman John Garamendi for her impact across Solano County and her commitment to uplifting underserved communities.

Raised in Richmond by a mother who ran for city council, Tara learned early that leadership means showing up, speaking up, and creating access for others. She later put down roots in Vallejo’s District 5, where she has become a trusted advocate for residents, small businesses, and neighborhood investment.

By day, Tara serves as a Human Resources Recruiter for the San Francisco Department of Public Health. She also co-owns Noonie’s Place with her wife, Ronda—an award-winning, second-chance employer known for supporting first responders, unhoused neighbors, and individuals overcoming barriers to employment.

Tara currently serves on Vallejo’s Planning Commission, the Police Chief’s Advisory Board, and as Vice President of The Veterans Resource Program. An international speaker, Certified Life Coach, proud mother of three girls, and Emerge California alum, Tara brings practical leadership, lived experience, and a deep commitment to equity, opportunity, and results.
