Biography
Josh Tenorio has led Guam through moments when experience wasn’t optional and mistakes couldn’t be afforded. As Lieutenant Governor, Josh helped guide Guam through overlapping emergencies that tested public health, the economy, infrastructure, and government operations — providing steady leadership when it mattered most. Since taking office in January 2019, he has led efforts to advance sustainable development, modernize government operations, and improve public infrastructure including village streets and community facilities. With an eye for Guam’s future, he is leading efforts to grow the economy with higher paying jobs, expand youth programs and services, increase drug and alcohol treatment programs, and reduce poverty and homelessness.
