Biography
Sändra Washington is a mother, a wife and a proud public servant. After a career with the National Park Service, Sändra focused her attention on serving Lincoln, as a Lincoln-Lancaster Planning Commissioner, a City Councilwoman and as the current Chair, of Lincoln City Council. “Lincoln is a wonderful place to raise a family and build a home, and I am committed to improving public health and safety, and housing affordability so everyone has the opportunity to thrive.” In a time where left and right are spreading further apart, Sändra holds the belief there is much that can be done when we work together. “I want everyone to have a place at the table, and a stake in the future of Lincoln.”
