Biography
Will Wooten is a prosecutor and public servant running for the Georgia Court of Appeals. He has spent his career protecting constitutional rights and upholding the rule of law, first as a public defender and later as a prosecutor handling cases involving violent and organized crime, complex fraud, and public corruption. In Atlanta, he has worked on some of Georgia’s most complex and high-profile cases, including efforts to defend the integrity of Georgia’s elections and uphold the rule of law in the face of attempts to undermine it. Through that work, he has gained firsthand insight into how appellate decisions shape justice across the state. Will believes Georgia is at its best when the law is applied equally to everyone and when courts remain independent, principled, and grounded in the Constitution. Will is running to ensure justice in Georgia never depends on power, position, or political influence.
