Brady Piñero Walkinshaw

Brady Piñero Walkinshaw is the CEO of Earth Alliance, a new climate initiative focused on the power of narrative and leadership to accelerate global action on the climate crisis. Brady spent several years as CEO of Grist.org, leading the organization to accolades like best small newsroom in country from the Edward R. Murrow Awards, the Online News Association, and General Excellence from the National Magazine Awards. Brady co-founded Evergreen Action, the national climate policy and advocacy organization, and is a senior advisor to Carbon Direct, which partners with leading companies on carbon management. He’s a former Washington State legislator and Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Brady lives in Seattle with his husband and is a graduate of Princeton, where he served on the Board of Trustees.
