Jennifer Kane

Jennifer Kane (Jenny) is Senior Director of Federal Government Affairs for Altria Client Services. With Altria for over ten years, Jenny is responsible for representing Altria and its operating companies’ interests through engagement with policymakers, with a focus on House and Senate Democrats. Jenny is a proven leader in shaping federal policy outcomes, leading large- scale advocacy campaigns, and managing cross-functional teams and coalitions. A regulatory attorney by background, she has expertise in FDA law and policy and navigating complex
regulatory environments.

Jenny brings strategic governance, fundraising, and impact-driven leadership to her community engagement and board service roles. She currently serves on the Board of Future Forum Foundation, advancing policy that impacts the youngest generation and recently completed a six-year term on the Board of Q Street, the professional association of LGBTQ+ lobbyists and advocates. Jenny earned a B.A. with honors in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University and her J.D. from William and Mary School of Law.
