Robert Meza is a former politician from Phoenix, AZ, who has served as a member of the State House of Representatives and the State Senate since 2003. Admired for being a moderate Democrat, Meza is recognized as a thought leader within the legislative body, adept at bringing both parties together for consensus to address complex legislation. Throughout his tenure as a Representative and Senator, he was a key member of the Commerce, Banking Industry, and Transportation Committees.
Before his time at the University of Notre Dame, Meza attended Bourgade Catholic High School in Phoenix. After graduating from Notre Dame, he started his career as a small business lender in the banking sector, collaborating with a diverse range of businesses from sectors including farming, technology, construction, and entrepreneurial start-ups.
Currently, Meza is the CEO of Ameliorate LLC, where he offers practical solutions to institutions and CEOs for achieving their mission and objectives as active businesses within Arizona and on the national scene. His company services a broad client base, including AI companies, health/behavioral health organizations, foundations, nonprofits, and developers of planned communities.
