Biography
Kyra deGruy Kennedy is a Lakewood mom, policy and leadership expert, and advocate for folks furthest from power, privilege and economic mobility. She started her career working in healthcare and saw firsthand the barriers to thriving that our system created for her patients. Because of this, she’s spent the past decade working in public policy trying to change the systems that create social failures, and rebuild them with equity in the center
