Biography
Lee Snodgrass was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in November 2020. She was elected into caucus leadership in January 2021 as the Minority Caucus Sergeant At Arms. She is a member of the legislative LGBTQ+ caucus and she serves as the co-chair of the Trails Caucus and is the ranking member of the Assembly Committee on Campaign & Elections, and Forestry, Parks and Outdoor Recreation. As an outdoor recreation and bicycle enthusiast, Lee advocates for bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, safe streets and greater state investment in our parks and outdoor spaces. Prior to her time in the Assembly Lee served as the Director of Communications for the Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes and remains passionate about female empowerment. She has called Appleton home for over 30 years and is the proud parent of two 20-somethings who are blazing their own paths to make the world a better place.
