Biography
Lorrie Janatopoulos lives in the heart of the Iron Range, on 22 acres of land wrapped around a small lake. Janatopoulos has been married for 33 years and has a son and two granddaughters. Her family life, career, and community involvement has been on the Iron Range.
Janatopoulos has defended our ways of life her whole career. She has supported mining because of the strong economic benefits. She has championed economic development, affordable housing, and protecting the rights of all Minnesotans. Her work has been about looking out for Iron Rangers and building a better, more reliant future for our neighbors and communities. She is proud to be labor endorsed!
With over 30 years in workforce and community development, Janatopoulos is ready to bring that experience to St. Paul. People know she doesn’t back down from a fight. In St. Paul, Janatopoulos will stand up for what we need and what we deserve.
