Miguel Arredondo

Miguel Arredondo is a lifelong resident of San Marcos and a proud Texas State alumnus, deeply committed to serving his community. With extensive experience as a four-time elected member of the San Marcos CISD Board of Trustees—where he first represented a single-member district and now serves atlarge—Miguel has a proven track record of leadership and advocacy. His campaign for mayor focuses on three critical issues: expanding affordable housing, creating high-paying jobs, and improving infrastructure. Miguel is dedicated to making San Marcos a place where both students and lifelong residents can thrive, ensuring that the city remains inclusive, vibrant, and prepared for the future.
