Biography

Mike Bracchi is a dynamic leader with a diverse background spanning law, pharmacy, and healthcare administration. Since his move to Wilton Manors in 2012, he has called it his beloved home. Raised in Long Island, New York, within a tight-knit Italian family, Mike learned the values of hard work and community service early on. As an Eagle Scout, he honed his leadership skills and commitment to serving others, principles that have guided him throughout his life.

With an impressive academic pedigree, including a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor (JD) from St. John’s University, Mike has continuously sought to expand his knowledge and expertise. His professional journey has seen him excel in various roles, from managing substantial budgets to launching successful ventures in the healthcare sector.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mike is deeply engaged in his community. He previously served on the Wilton Manors’ Budget Review Advisory Committee as a member and as the Chair. He is also actively involved in neighborhood associations, historical societies, and charitable organizations, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

In 2020, Mike’s dedication to public service led him to win a seat on the Wilton Manors City Commission. He currently serves as Vice Mayor, leveraging his experience and leadership to address the city’s challenges and opportunities.

Accessible and approachable, Mike remains committed to serving his constituents and addressing their concerns. He welcomes dialogue and collaboration, striving to build a stronger and more vibrant community for all residents.
