Biography
Monica is a parent to a toddler, committed partner, experienced changemaker, and trusted leader. From her work as a key leader on the campaign for marriage equality in Minnesota to passing nation-leading anti-bullying legislation to protect young people, and enshrining the strongest reproductive freedom protections in the country into law, Monica has long been on the forefront of historic changemaking. Monica is running for Minnesota Senate District 60 in the Special Election to be a champion for working families, build safer communities, and protect our democracy.
