Biography
Rep. Jennifer Parenti is an Air Force veteran, former engineer, diplomat, community organizer and voting
rights activist representing Colorado House District 19. She was elected to the Colorado State House in
2022 to represent the communities including Dacono, Erie, Frederick, Firestone, East Longmont, and
surrounding areas. She is focused on creating affordable housing opportunities for everyday Coloradans,
protecting the environment, securing reproductive freedom, improving public transit and safeguarding
consumer protections. She is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and single mother of two who
is proud to be able to fight on behalf of her transgender teen and other trans youth at the Colorado State
House.
