Biography
Dr. De’Andre S. Pickett is an educator and mental health professional who has spent the last 17 years working to advocate for educational equity for ALL young people, no matter their zipcode. Having recently worked as a Superintendent of a Charter Network, DeAndre currently works with local leaders to provide assistance on how to build organizational culture, leadership development and advocacy, and building strategic plans that reflect more racial, gender and geographic equity.
