Biography
Richard is a 24-year public servant in the Village of North Bay Island, having served on the Civil Service Advisory Board, the Financial Advisory Board, the Sustainability and Resiliency Task Force, and the Planning and Zoning Board. He has been a North Bay Island Commissioner for nine and half years, with the last two serving as Vice Mayor. His interest in serving now is to maintain the threads that make up the cloth that is North Bay Village.
