Biography
Kori Rodley is the first out LGBTIQ+ person to serve on the Springfield City Council. She was first elected in 2020. Kori also works in equity, access, and strategic planning for Developmental Disabilities Services and has spent her career working with nonprofit and government agencies, and small, mission-driven businesses. Kori has been married to her spouse, Teri, for nearly two decades, and they share four adult children and are devoted Meemaws to 7 year-old Calvin and 3 year-old Penny. Since assuming office, Kori’s focus has been on increasing housing across the community and investing in infrastructure and services to help move Springfield forward. She has taken on multiple leadership roles on local, regional, and statewide commissions and committees.
