Biography

Skyler is a lifelong resident of Long Island, running for New York State Assembly District 4. Skyler currently sits on the board of Temple Beth Emeth of Mount Sinai. In addition, Skyler serves on the Board of Directors for Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic Action Fund. In this role, Skyler fights to protect reproductive rights, access to birth control, and uplifts life-saving information about critical care. Skyler co-chairs Planned Parenthood HPAF’s Equal Rights Amendment working group, where he is fighting to finally codify equal protections for all into New York’s constitution. Skyler is also the chair of the Suffolk County Young Democrats. Professionally, Skyler is a non-profit worker, currently serving as the Director of Development for Zero Overdose, an organization dedicated to ending overdose deaths once and for all.
