Biography
Wick Thomas is a community-college faculty librarian and life-long Missourian running to represent District 19 in the Missouri Legislature. Wick has spent their life advocating for the LGBTQ community, youth, education access, healthcare and the environment, being named best activist in Missouri multiple times. Wick grew up in a town of less than 1,000 people in rural Missouri, and knowing the struggles of growing up LGBTQ in a small town will work hard to make sure queer youth feel protected in MO. As a librarian with a passion for public education and community service, Wick works daily to provide the district with the resources people need to thrive.
